Low Altitude Support craft (LAS)

The goal was to create a light attack/support craft that could hold 5 clones. It needed to be significantly smaller than the LAAT Republic Gunship, and recognisably different but in the same family.
I wanted it to be a fun craft for an elite team of commandos to covertly enter behind enemy lines.... or for you and your gaming buddies to have to bail out of when your friend who can't fly takes the yolk.

The main references were, the real world MH-6 "Littlebird", Jedi Starfighter, and Republic Gunship.

Galactic Marines (shown very briefly in Episode III Revenge of the Sith) fought over Mygeeto, a frigid crystalline planet held by the CIS and Banking Clan during the Clone Wars.

Mygeeto, Galactic Marines, and a lot of the Republic design cues are all from Lucas Films designs. I just made the ship design.
